You receive 2 betamon dolls after 3 hours of login time, daily.

If the event ends at the end of August 21 ... counting today, you can get 34 more betamon dolls.

You need 45 betamon dolls to get a random level 4 or 5 reinforced egg:

The eggs available are:
  • Dorumon[Dorugamon]
  • V-mon[ExV-mon]
  • Ryuudamon
  • Salamon
  • Gabumon
  • Drimogemon
You get to choose which digimon to hatch, BTW. It's just that the level of it will randomly be either 4 or 5.

I've only got 10 dolls so far, so I can't get my reinforced egg now. Sad
