Sound Queues Empty Sound Queues

I happened to take the time to listen to a few of the sound effects in this game and noticed one that was a bit off. In particular it happened to be Flymon's "Brown Stinger." The first time I used it, I had no idea what it did, just that my opponent lost half its hp. The next I heard the sound behind it go "qu qu" and then I noticed it shoots "3" darts and not two like the sound does. Anyone else noticed things like that?

I'm pretty sure they are just generic sound effects slapped onto attacks haha. I haven't played with the sound on in forever so I don't really remember...
